Privacy Policy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

The short version

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not share anything with advertising networks or third-party trackers. No third-party scripts run on it at all.

It stores one thing in your browser and collects personal data in one place: the contact form. Both are described below.

Your theme preference

If you use the light/dark toggle, the site saves your choice in your browser’s local storage under the name enantio-theme. It is written only when you press the toggle, and choosing “System” removes it again.

This never leaves your browser. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to the server, and it identifies nothing about you, which is why the site does not ask for consent before storing it.

The contact form

When you send an enquiry, the form collects:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company, if you give one
  • Which service you are interested in, if you pick one
  • Whatever you write in the message

That is sent to our mailbox as an email and nowhere else. It is not added to a mailing list, not passed to anyone else, and not used to market anything to you. We use it to answer you.

The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR where your enquiry is a step towards working together, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, otherwise.

If your browser cannot reach our server, the form offers to open the message in your own email application instead. In that case nothing reaches us until you press send there.

Spam protection

To stop the contact form being used to send bulk mail, the server briefly records that an address submitted it. What is stored is a salted, one-way hash of the IP address and a timestamp, not the address itself, and it is deleted within twenty minutes.

It is not linked to your enquiry, not used to identify you, and not used for any other purpose.

Hosting

The site is hosted by STRATO AG in Germany, who act as our processor. Like every web server, theirs keeps short-term logs of requests, which include visitors’ IP addresses. Those logs are STRATO’s, kept under their own retention rules, and are used for operating and securing the service.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Restrict or object to how we use it

Email us to do any of these and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
